My Open Letter to U.S. President Barack Obama

Dear Mr. President Barack Obama,

I really respect your intelligence on maneuvering your political strategies and handling our great U.S. government in civilized manner, I hope you will have a full grasp and the understanding which I believe beyond unreasonable doubt and complete faith that you do.

As on your campaigns all over United States, you always promote Freedom, and Change that you will bring to the Nation and to get rid of the corrupt dirty ways of playing politics in the White House. Now is the chance for you and the United States to proves and play a role of a country that really care about Peace, respect and promoting the Freedom, Liberty, Individual Rights and Love.

1) I, as part of the world community which represents their majority voices feels that this hate mongering war between two sides of Israel and Palestine should end now, we should stop thinking about how to fight over nothing, on top of that using an excuse of religion to legalize the war is really damaging the society and to fight over holy land does not mean anything, our focus should be on finding solutions on how can both sides be benefited. From my opinion, the best option here is to abolish both the state of Israel and Palestine and create a new state instead and we will name her Jerusalem.

2) Jerusalem will be the capital of the state and we have to find ways on going to the root problems and stop the radical activities by the Hamas and Zionist. We should unite both the parties of Fatah and Kadima together, uniting the lovely Jewish people with the lovely World Citizens including the Arabs and Europeans and once again this world can be unified.

3) We should held a World Conference, organize by the United Nations and I believe that United States and Russia should be given the task of managing this Conference and set the guidelines and resolution in a conditions that it is agreed by all the United Nations members. I am as an independent person free from any influence are more than happy to be the chairman of this meeting and us together can solve all the problems that we are facing.

4) We should immediately call upon all the religious leaders and world leaders to join forces in setting the New World of Peace and Freedom.

Thank you for your time and looking forward to meet you soon

My Open Letter to Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu

Dear Bibi,

Shalom and may HaShem bless you as always

As you know I am a big fan of your leadership style, your spirit and your enthusiasm to protect the Jewish people and the state of Israel from harms. As you know, I want to remind you that Jewish people are not only the living race on the earth surface, as a great leader, you should care about other races as well especially the Arabs Palestinians that are living in Israel.

As the lesson that you learnt on the year 2000 that of how important it is to unite with other party especially the right wing Kadima is essential in maintaining the stability of your nation. As you regain power as the Prime Minister from President Shimon Peres on 2009, that should be the only main focus above other aspects, security would not come without peace and unity. Both of you and Tzipi Livni should not put Political Ideology and your stubbornness above all the loving people including the Jewish and the Arabs people that are tired of this ongoing war. This earth does not need another World War and it is your responsibility as the leader of your people to do what is best for them and to make Israel as ONE and the rest will falls to the right sequence.

Thank you for your time and looking forward to meet you soon

Morality

1) The meaning of moral is that it is a system, the existing line that separate the right and wrong conduct, a set of behavior and this subject co-exist and related to each other. Morality is more focus of what action is right or wrong that totally had been agreed by the society and social norms. Meaning of Ethics in the other hand is the studies about morality and touches a broad subject and as a guide to individual principle and as example, if murder and abortion had been made legal, it is still unethical. Now ethical is very subjective because to judge every conduct whether it is ethical or unethical dependent on the situation that governing the total outcome which is the action that had taken place is to the best interest of oneself and society as a whole or not, and it has to be understood that whether it can bring positive or negative conclusion.

2) Ethical and social responsibility is a very important aspect to our everyday life’s and keeps us very human that has feeling and a set of belief to keep the society alive embracing the beautiful moment with each other and the challenges that come our way thus we mortals achieved immortality by sharing the things we have in common. We should let our nature to take over because we subconsciously know that what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong not the other way around, it is simple as that and it is proven that human have the tendencies to help others that needed help, be it our family, spouse, friends, or even strangers. We should have a new manner of thinking if the humanity wants to survive.

3) Aristotle virtue ethics is very interesting because it focuses more on characters and principles than behavior and consequences. Aristotle argue that the good is the aim for every action and every action has a purpose. There are two classifications of good which is the good as a means and good as an end and the ultimate purpose of action is to feel happiness. Virtue is like a habit, it is one person ability to something well to perfect the nature of his own beings. Mankind is different from every other living nature because we possess the power of reasoning. Habit is a learned process; we do it every day consciously or unconsciously. When we get used to it, we get better and what Lao tzu said is true that we should not do unto others what we don’t want them to do unto us.

4) When there is no sense of social responsibilities, super races may be form and only the fittest will survive. There are too many issues concerning morality that we can talk about these days, why? Because civilization is at the end of the cycle of existence and it is such a disgrace to mankind as a whole because we are not united and there is no yet a righteous leader to guide us in a lot of different things and especially morality. Religion and the system of government has divided us mankind since. We can talk, we can discuss matter and argue until the end of times, but it does not matter, the only thing that matter is the truth. Some people say that it is crucial to have a government for the society to exist, but to me this statement is not really accurate and have no basis. The society only needs a righteous leader to guide them for society to exist, the government is not necessary and has no function except its own reason, and it was created in the first place which is to protect the land, set a barrier and controlling the freedom of others. So now the big issues concerning morality are that is it right or wrong for the United States to go to war in Iraq? Now there are two big factor that we can argue whether it is right or wrong, the first thing is that Iraq is the breeding ground for terrorist and it seems logical to attack Iraq to stop terrorist to spread to other nation and this factor alone convinced the citizen of the United States to agreed with their President to attack Iraq in the first place but now we can see that they withdraw their support for the war in Iraq that cost around $usd 3 trillion, why is this happened? The terrorist they perceived as terrorist is also the freedom fighter for the country and it goes the same way around. The citizen of United States, they used their emotion too much while the President said there is weapon of mass destruction even if he’s lying, this emotion became strong, and also because of September 11, they want something to be done, even if they know not who is behind the September 11 attack. When we talk about countries, nation that involve civilization, we should look at the history, the United States has been Iraq since around 1990 it just not as bringing their machinery as massively as in 2003 until now, so it is also logical and right for the Iraqis to take revenge and attack the United States because they had been attacked as well. We have to think everything in all fairness. Who is the real terrorist, and who is attacking whom? And who is defending whom? The another important factor that made attacking Iraq wrong is that the United States is a Democracy country and put freedom and liberty as the most important aspect, they are wrong because they attacked another sovereign country without the approval of this world, and also to make it worst, Iraq as a sovereign country had done nothing wrong. It is really unethical because war is really uncivilized act in civilized society.

5) How we ought to live is a very objective question and at the same time very subjective as well. The objective part is the general subject that keep us alive which is the very basic need of nature to survive is water and oxygen, other basic thing that we had learnt is from Abraham Maslow, the basic to complex needs that we yearn for in a pyramid graph. Life itself is a very subjective matter and opinion is different from different individual. It is good because when people have different opinion, it can leads to creativity. For me, in all sense of the word, the only thing that matter is life is that it does not matter. Einstein said a person only start to live when he can live outside himself and I think it is absolutely true in a sense I disciplined myself with humility to learn continuously from others and experiment the sweet wonderful life with each other. I always nurture my mind with great thoughts, because you will never go any higher than what you think, and to me live itself is the most fascinating kind of art especially the good life. Understanding and respect among each other is important because we live each other.

6) Morality is good and bad. It is the core of principalities that guide us our way, it makes us think before we act, and it makes us realize the benefits and consequences at ends. I do think that we should depend on our nature, knowledge and experiences to decide whether a thing is good or bad because what is right for you is not necessarily right for others and I do think that it is wrong to let the society to control our doings and let them punish us because it will limit imagination, creativity and increase ignorance but some how of course with the power of reasoning and our free will at work, we must know how to control our self and not let negative emotions to take over so much that can lead to disaster. We should have our own guideline and everything we do, we should do it for a right reason and it is always depend on the situation that we are facing.

Sexuality Plays in Jewish Culture

I am doing a research about sexuality plays in Jewish culture. From the history, we know how the Jewish descendants were enslaved by the Ancient Egyptian Pharaoh around 3000 years ago, later on The Kingdom of Israel was sent into permanent exile and scattered all over the world by Assyria and they believed that it is the destiny of their people to suffer until their King has rise as a righteous leader, gather them all to the holy land and build Kingdom of Heaven in Jerusalem.

Judaism is the first monotheistic religion that has been developed over a period of thousands of years. On 1000 BCE King David established Jerusalem as the capital of Israel that also known as Judah or United Monarchy and ruled the Twelve Tribes of Israel. Later on King Solomon takes over the throne and he built the holy temple, the nations are in peace and prosperous thanks to King Solomon intelligence and leadership qualities.

Jews comes from three group which is they were born in a Jewish family and has the bloodline whether they follow Judaism religion or not, second is those who have some Jewish lineage and background and the third is the one that have no connection whatsoever to Jewish but converted to Judaism and are followers.

There are various organizations and institutions that govern and lead the Jewish community on variety of issues, where there is no single governing body that decide or set out the rules or law.
The Jewish people has contributed so much on the progress of human development and knowledge, such as in business, politics, arts, sciences, astrophysics, metaphysics, civilization, history, peace and other fields and they received around 160 Nobel prize which is far out proportion of to the Jews compared to the world’s population.

1) Finding
I found that in Jewish culture, sexuality is very sacred and holy. Sex is the connection between a man and a woman and it is something that cannot be shared and cannot be own, sex must come from the commitment, willingness, and freewill. Love is just an alter hypocrisy, but true love can even make us go against the whole world. In Judaism, we can only have sex when we are married and once we understand love and love ourselves than only can we love others. Most of the laws regarding relationship are in the Talmud and according to the law, love and sexual activities cannot be force but it must come naturally from the needs to satisfy the thirst of pleasure in each other but sex is never been considered as sinful, shameful or obscene in anyway. In Jewish view, the sexuality is not the main idea or a tool to excites them but rather as a divine gift from their G-d Hashem in a spiritual holy way and when they focus their sexual power to divinity by also taking pleasure then they are not only characterized by self-denial and they are know as “tikkun hayesod”. This is why Judaism approach to sexual energy itself is fascinating and unique in its own way.

Since the time of Adam and Eve, mankind has been searching for the reason and meaning of life and sexuality itself, they try to define it, categorize, finding the definition and purpose and it is one of the most controversial topics because it is hard to find a common ground but in Judaism, this topic are in the middle ground stance and sexuality has been known as a “divine gift” from G-d and not only subject to procreation but also for the ultimate pleasure in life and social relationship. Judaism does not believe that there is something sinister or evil in sexuality but rather a natural urge same as our hunger and thirst and this is the most important factor in creating a healthy life. They also believe that we need to learn our sexual drive because when it is not controlled, it can lead to disastrous. Marriage is also sacred and it is the only allowable way for husband and wife to express their feelings of sexuality and avoid all the unnecessary temptation and sins that could occur in that period. Sex itself can become “mitzvah” or good deed and the purpose of a sexual relationship in marriage is to satisfy the needs and touch of the woman first.

It is also the fundamental belief of Judaism that sex is the essential rights of women and not men.

Sex is something that has been given but at the same time we cannot own or possess it. Sex is the most pleasurable experience because the unfamiliarity of the combination and the pleasure of being in intimacy. When we know someone really genuine and serious of having a relationship, we then tend to feel appreciated, the sweet sensual touch and grasp, and taken care off. In any relationship of sexuality regardless of the culture, gender differences causes a lot of differences in thinking, emotion and the way of approaching, therefore understanding and respect among each other are important and one cannot live without the other. Love should be a reality in our life, not just a poem or a dream.

The highest level of satisfaction and focus are the Jewish way to approach sex and the act must be holy. There are also explanation on when the sex is allowable and forbidden which is based on women’s menstrual cycle, pregnant, menopause or period and sexual relations are permissible when the women in “living waters” known as “mikveh”, which is the process of making the women clean and pure.

Jewish practice also want us to be conscious and aware the supremacy of sexuality, that need us to set a time between being together and the time for solitude. From rabbinic point of view and tradition, after a woman menstrual period, she has to immerse in a “mikveh”.

There are certain rules for the husbands to have relations with his wife, which is the required frequency to do his marital duty known as “onah” and the duration to perform the conjugal duty. Even though in Jewish culture and religion, the sex is the women’s right, the wife are restricted to avoid or withhold from sexual relations unreasonably and they must have responsibility and commitment toward each other as husband and wife and if the wife does withhold from the sexual activities, then the husband are free to divorce her without paying any divorce settlement as in “ketubah”. They must also show compassion if they want to succeed in relationship and sexuality.

“Negiah” or touch in English are one of the most important approaches according to Jewish culture, it can create the feels of ease, warmth, comfort, closeness, secure, create intimacy and make one’s feel affectionate. In Torah, the meaning of sex is “to know” or “Yot Dalet Ayin” and the main reason of having sex are to strengthen the bond of love and in Judaism sex and love is permanently link.

The positive uniqueness and specialness in limitless physical intimacy and love feelings are one of Judaism concept and developing a relationship are the first important step before moving in to the physical side. The connection between sexual drives to evil inclination known as “yetzer hara”, everyone tend to think that everything evil is bad, but that no apply to this situation when “yetzer hara” is not all that bad because we don’t have any “yetzer hara” then we will not going to be married, build a house, have a son or a family at all. “Yetzer hara” work as a motivation, as a tool to get us moving and using it as mean but not as an end.
